Megha Nawhal

I am a Research Software Engineer at Google Research.

Earlier, I finished my PhD from the School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University advised by Greg Mori. My PhD dissertation focused on designing novel compositional models for human activity videos. During my PhD, I also did research internships at Facebook Reality Labs, Google Research, Adobe Research and Borealis AI (Vancouver).

Previously, I worked as a Research Scientist in the Cognitive Industry Solutions group at IBM Research, Bangalore. Earlier, I graduated from IIT Kanpur where I completed my B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual degree) in Electrical Engineering. During this, I also spent time at Sony Corporation, Japan as an intern in Summer 2013.
